3. User Content

You retain ownership of the reviews, lists, and other content you create. By posting content, you grant CTLGD a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and must not post anything unlawful, infringing, or in violation of our Community Guidelines.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, disrupting its operation, scraping data, impersonating others, or using it for any illegal purpose.

5. Third-Party Services

CTLGD uses music metadata and media from third-party providers, including Spotify. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's terms. CTLGD is not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
