Delete your account

You can permanently delete your CTLGD account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete it yourself

  1. Sign in to CTLGD (in the app or on the web).
  2. Go to Account settings.
  3. In the “Delete account” section, type your username to confirm.
  4. Select “Permanently delete my account.”

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account is removed permanently:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Your profile, username, and Top 5 artists
  • Your ratings and reviews
  • Your lists and list entries
  • Your listening history (listened / want to listen)
  • Notification tokens for any device you signed in on

No account data is retained after deletion. Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may persist.

Can’t sign in?

If you’ve lost access to your account, email hello@ctlgd.com from the address associated with your account and we’ll delete it for you. We aim to respond within a few business days.
